Abstract

|
Patients after cardiac operation or pulmonary operation often have oropharyngeal dysphagia. So we have to pay attention to their symptom. If we find out sign or symptom, we need to evaluate problems by Videofluoroscopic Swallow Study. We should verify proper approach according to problems. And we have to take into account their cardiopulmonary function. So we should start to intervene oropharyngeal dysphagia by slightly intensity. Patients don’t have to feel the burden during intervention.
